You will never be surprised with hidden fees.  Besides our monthly fee, the only other charges are for registering domain names.  Otherwise, everything is included with your monthly plan.  There are no sign-up fees or termination fees. 

This is a month-to-month pay as you go service, so refunds are not provided.  You can cancel the service at any time, and you won't be charged again.  You are only responsible for the charges already incurred. 

No!  This is a web-based service.  All the hardware, hosting and administration are taken care of for you.  If you can access the internet, you can access your website.
